How to Unlock a myQ Account or Reset a Forgotten Password
- On your mobile device, open the myQ app
- Tap Already have an account? Sign In
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password
- Enter your myQ account email address
- Enter the four-digit code sent to your email address from notification@myq.com
- If you do not see an email, check your spam or junk folder.
- Depending on your email provider, the email may take 30 minutes to 24 hours to be received. Please wait before requesting another code as the last code generated will be the only valid code.
- If you have a Google, Amazon, or Apple account with the same email address as your myQ account and are not receiving the email, see How to Link My myQ Account to Single Sign-On (SSO) to use Singe Sign-On as an alternate method to log into your myQ account in the myQ app.
- Create a password and enter it again to confirm.
- Log into the account.
Note: If you are using a large-sized or bold font you may need to disable this feature to accept the terms and conditions for using the myQ App.
