Enable or Disable Notifications Using the myQ App
- Login to the myQ app
- Tap the three dots
next to the device the notification is associated with.
- Tap on Notifications.
- Tap the slider next to the notification to enable or disable the notification.
- Tap the back arrow twice to return to the main screen.
Note: Each phone with the myQ app installed will receive push notifications.
Note: Email notifications are sent only to a valid email address. If you want more than one device to receive email notifications, each device must have access to the email account used during the creation of your account.
